Striver Todd and slacker Gabe are two brothers seeking to sell their inherited lake view Tahoe home. The only obstacle is childhood friend, New Age Beanie, who wishes to sell the vacant lot opposite their property. In exchange for delaying the sale Beanie wants to donate a Benjamin Bufano statue that belonged to the boys’ mother. If only their realtor were more available, Todd not in the middle of a political campaign, Gabe not lost and Beanie more forgiving of romantic betrayal, then philanthropy for the selfish would be so much simpler.
